FAQ
I. Do you need a shot list?
I've already got a list of shots I always take, but I want to make sure your priority shots don't get missed either! So I'll ask in my questionnaire if there are any specific shots you would like me to capture and go from there.
Ii. how do you handle payment?
All payments can be paid with credit card, PayPal or Venmo through their online galleries. A 50% retainer is due one week before session and full payment due before day of session.
Iii. How long does it take to receive the photos after the session and how will those be delivered?
Your photos will be finished within a week after the session has taken place. When it's ready for you, I'll email you the link to your online gallery. Prints and frames take up to 6 weeks to get delivered.
iV. Does retouching cost extra?
No, retouching is included in any package. I want to make your photos just the way you imagine them. In our reveal session, if you'd like any retouching I will happily oblige!
v. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are covered up to 20 miles radius of Saratoga Springs.
What if there's bad weather?
We'll check in with each other and if it is bad enough, we'll reschedule as soon as possible.
